We assist the youth that are a part of the H.Y.P.E organization for placement, and who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless due to HIV/AIDS. H.Y.P.E volunteers assists this vulnerable population in identifying, attaining, and maintaining economical housing in a number of ways. These include:
Develop an appropriate housing plan for each client
Locate emergency housing
Provide long-term rental assistance
Identify housing resources (public and private)
Connect clients to housing providers
Don't make your HIV/AIDS diagnosis your child's last stand. With our community health service based in Atlanta, Georgia, we help youths, including your son or daughter, build and lead an impactful life. For more than five years, HIV Positive Youth that Pledge to Empower themselves, or H.Y.P.E., has made it its mission to provide today's youth with the tools, education, and support structures to create futures worth living for.
